Taste the Yorke: A Culinary Gem in Moonta
Taste The Yorke opened its doors in Moonta in late 2016, driven by a mission to showcase local, regional, and seasonal produce for the Copper Coast community and its growing tourism sector.
A Simple Yet Engaging Concept
The idea was clear: to curate locally grown, made, and crafted goods within a charming, rustic setting. With a focus on fresh ingredients, they present a daily menu that highlights local specialties and delicious house-made cakes to attract visitors.
In 2017, Taste The Yorke relocated to its current space—previously the Old Roach and Sons Butchers—conveniently located across from the Town Hall and Queen Square in Moonta.
